Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (nail service, city price tier, add-ons, number of nails with art, what is on your nails now, tip percent, a quoted price, number of people; salon names, prices, ratings, review counts, travel minutes, hygiene cues, booking policy and complaint counts, your budget, travel limit and walk-in flag; last appointment and last pedicure dates, months ahead, visit interval and reminder days; your priorities, nail condition, length wish, things to avoid, how long it must last; appointment date and lifestyle habits; your first name, date range, time window, salon name, preferred tech, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location, photos or health records; nail condition is a general choice you make, not a diagnosis. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to salons, nail techs or booking platforms. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, salon names, tech names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
